Brrr!!! It seems like the temperature went from 50s down to 30s overnight. Yesterday's high was 32, which made for pretty chilly riding around town. Today it was sunny and a bit warmer around 40. The sun is always a welcome sight especially since it's getting dark so early here.

We spent most of the weekend at the Northern European Gymnastics Championship held for the first time in Uppsala. Teams were from Norway, Iceland, Finland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Denmark, Faroe Islands, and Sweden. There were certainly some good ones to watch for in London next summer.
